Our client, a leading organization in the pet care industry, is seeking a Production Designer to join their creative team. As a Production Designer, you will be an integral part of the Creative Department supporting the visual and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Production Designer Location: Saint Louis (On-site role; hybrid work model with Fridays at home) Pay Range: $32 - $33/hr What's the Job? Produce digital files for deployment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Collaborate with creative and project teams to meet project specifications Maintain high standards of graphic and quality standards, including proper use of trademarks and logos Manage digital files efficiently, ensuring proper archiving and version control Perform design variations based on key artwork and support other duties as assigned What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mac digital production Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop Strong understanding of digital file management, typography, and color pre-press requirements Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a proactive attitude What's in it for me?
