This position performs 60% commercial work and 40% residential work . Are you an experienced HVAC technician? QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN 5 years of light commercial and residential HVAC experience Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from heights or small crawl spaces Valid driver's license and a good driving record Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed Being NATE certified and a trade school graduate is preferred, but not required.
