Job Description Job Description Client Support Specialist (CSS) will assist Account Executives in acquiring and delivering automotive dealership databases. CSS will develop a strong understanding of the data extraction process in the Automotive industry while ensuring client requests are fulfilled accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities · Assist Account Executives with database acquisition and delivery. · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client requests. · Maintain a thorough understanding of industry standards and company processes. · Double-check data for accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
