SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Relief at Hope, the Therapy Billing Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of therapy-related medical claims. WHO WE ARE Therapy Relief at Hope has provided services to individuals for over 30 years, including speech-language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, and music therapy. Our therapists support ongoing learning, growth, and success while providing a safe and supportive environment for all. WHAT YOU WILL DO This role is designed to run the day-to-day billing for a non-profit therapy clinic with the following functions:

• Billing and Invoicing
• Claims scrubbing and submission
• Coding audits
• Compliance Monitoring
• Conduct insurance authorizations, as needed
• Co-pay, coinsurance, patient responsibility processing
• Denial management
• ERA processing and payment processing
• Payment audits WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years' experience in therapy billing and coding roles WHAT WE PREFER
    • Preferred CBCS
    • Non-profit experience WHAT YOU WILL GET
      • $38,000-40,000 salary
