We continue to grow to meet the needs of long-term individual investors.We are looking for a Department Leader to join our Partnership Accounting team. Our Partnership Accounting team focuses on maximizing the value of being a partner at Edward Jones. Partnership Accounting is responsible for partner capital account maintenance, including new partner setup, distributions, tax withholding and liquidations. Additionally, this group provides additional partner service, such as, partner loans, earnings statements, and estimated tax payment assistance.

Responsibility Summary
This role is responsible for:
--- Overall vision, performance, and results of a team of three associates
--- Providing leadership, development, and mentoring to associates through examples and timely feedback
--- Overseeing all team processes, including reviewing workpapers and other deliverables prepared by team
--- Continually evaluating and improving processes, controls, and documentation
--- Communication with partners with varying degrees of technical knowledge - verbal, written, and educational webinars in both one-on-one and group settings, as appropriate.
--- Building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships both internally and externallyQualifications Required in the Job
Education/Certification:
--- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accountancy
--- CPA preferred
Years of Experience:
--- 7+ years of experience
--- Public accounting or equivalent experience at a large company
--- Previous managerial/leadership experience preferred

--- Strong organizational skills
--- Strong attention to detail
--- Ability to quickly learn multiple complex topics, many specific to Edward Jones
--- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
