OverviewCPM Automation is a leading provider of automated process control systems in the industrial feed industry. - We are looking for a Business Unit Senior Accountant to join the team and help lead the accounting and finance functions for our CPM Automation Business Unit. This position is based at our CPM Beta Raven location in St. Charles, MO and will be responsible for assisting and leading accounting and finance operations both here in St. Charles and at our UK facility in Blackburn, Lancashire, UK.A successful candidate must be engaging, proactive and eager to take on new challenges as a team player. - Attention to detail and accuracy is required. - Organizational, problem-solving and a continuous learning attitude are required. - Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to internal and external stakeholders. - Some limited foreign travel may be required.Hybrid work schedule available for this position.Primary Qualifications:

Experience in accounting, financial analysis, financial reporting and internal controlsBachelor's degree in AccountingDemonstrated understanding of USGAAPAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsPreferred Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing environment SAP Business One experiencePrimary Responsibilities:

Key member of the Business Unit finance teamAssist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processesAccount reconciliations and detailed documentationDirect and indirect supervision of accounting team at two locationsCompliance with corporate reporting requirements and timelinesServe as backup of Controller positions at US and UK locationsAssist in annual budget and monthly forecast processesSupport global financial statement audit under USGAAPIdentify opportunities and implement continuous improvement in accounting processes and business operationsCPM Acquisition Corp. is an equal opportunity employer.
