This Federally Qualified Health Center provides comprehensive
primary care services to underserved populations with dedicated
support staff including family medicine providers, registered
nurses, medical assistants, and community health workers. The
facility operates during standard business hours Monday through
Friday and utilizes Epic EMR for documentation and patient care
coordination. About the Facility Location The area offers regional
attractions and outdoor recreation opportunities including water
activities and hiking trails. The location provides a variety of
adventure activities and natural attractions suitable for
year-round activities and weekend getaways. About the Clinician's
Workday The physician will provide comprehensive family medicine
services in a Federally Qualified Health Center environment,
delivering primary care to underserved populations across all age
groups. Clinical duties include managing approximately 20 patients
daily during regular business hours, with responsibilities
encompassing bread and butter family medicine, chronic disease
management, and preventive healthcare services. The position offers
potential call requirements for Family Medicine Obstetrics
qualified providers who are willing to take OB call and respond to
hospital deliveries, though the urgent need allows consideration of
general Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians for
